How are you different from a regular event planner or personal shopper?

Think less “mall run” and more “treasure hunt.” We don’t just source vendors—we curate experiences, unearth rare finds, and obsess over the details most people don’t even know to think about.

What kind of gifts can you find?

If it exists, we’ll track it down. If it doesn’t, we’ll help create it. Past treasures have included once-in-a-lifetime concert experiences, limited-edition items you can’t buy online and reservations you won’t find on Open Table.

Can you work within my budget?

Of course. Whether you’re making a small-but-mighty gesture or going all out, we’ll make every dollar feel like a million bucks.

Do you do last minute miracles?

Sometimes. We can’t promise the moon on 24 hours’ notice… but we’ve been known to deliver something pretty close.

How long does it take?

For most finds, 1–2 weeks. Rare or custom pieces might take longer—but they’re worth the wait. We also have a few tricks up our sleeve for last-minute “how on earth did you pull this off?!” moments.

What size events do you handle?

From intimate dinners for eight to beautifully curated soirées for 100. Any bigger and we’re calling it a ball.

How do we start?

We chat. You tell us what you’re dreaming of. We get giddy with ideas. Then we send you a custom plan to make it happen.

How do you charge?

Gift sourcing is billed at a flat rate per project or an hourly rate for ongoing support. Event planning fees are a flat fee or hourly, depending on scope.

Do you work anywhere in the U.S.?

Yes! We source far and wide, but we’ve been known to show up in person when clients want that extra peace of mind.
